Membership Related Forms

Please note that Club Affiliation and Memberships expire on the 31st December every year.

Both must be renewed prior to an archer shooting to comply with Insurance requirements

There is no "one month's period of grace"


IAAA-1 IAAA New Member Application Form (2011)
To be completed by members of an affiliated club applying for their first membership of the IAAA.

IAAA-2 IAAA Membership Renewal Form (2011)
To be completed by current members of an affiliated club applying for renewal of membership of the IAAA and for informing the IAAA of a transfer from one club to another.

IAAA-3 School Archer IAAA Membership Application Form (2011)
To be completed by students of an affiliated school club when applying for membership of the IAAA.

IAAA-4 College Archer IAAA Membership Application Form (2011)
To be used by third level students to avail of the reduction in senior membership fees.

IAAA-5 Family Membership Reduction in Fees Form (2011)
This form should be attached to family memberships to avail of the reduction in fees for multiple members. Note membership forms must also be included for each member

IAAA-6 Affiliate Club Renewal Form (2011)
This form is to renew club affiliation if your club has already been approved.

IAAA-7 New Affiliate Club Application Form (2011)
This form should be used if your club is applyinmg for its first affiliate membership

Memorandum and Articles of Association of the IAAA
The documentation submitted to the Companies Registration Office legally defining the purpose and role of the IAAA including the current rules of the IAAA.

Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children's Sport
All clubs affiliated to the IAAA must abide by the IAAA's Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children's Sport. This document provides guidance and rules for the way in which all children particpating in archery events under the banner of the IAAA must be treated and respected. It also defines procedures that must be followed in the case that any child or the parent of a child reports any untoward actions made towards them by any member of the IAAA. Guidelines on the use of Alcohol and Prescription Medications
This document outlines the effects of alcohol on performance and includes valuable information on the responsibilities of the archer to check the content of prescription medication against the list of prohibited performance enhancing drugs.

The Irish Sports Council Anti-Doping Rules
This document should be used as a vital reference by any archer who uses, or plans to use, prescription (or other) medication to ensure that there is no infringement of the anti-doping rules.
